Payment Process

 

• Payment for workshops, resume & cover letter writing services both online and in-person can be paid via PayPal                 through this address:  www.universalcoachingconsultantsllc.com or by clicking on the PayPal  "Buy Now" button.

 

• Payment for coaching follows the same process. Invoices or Receipts can be generated upon request by e-mailing     monique@universalcoachingconsultantsllc.com.

 

• Payments can also be made directly by calling 202-829-0167.

 

• Fees are paid by credit card.  No credit card information is stored on mobile devices or on our website.  See privacy policy for more details.

 

Refund Policy

 

• Registration fees for workshops, seminars, (in person, by phone, or online), and coaching are not refundable.  There are no refunds, returns or warranties on products or services sold.

 

• All transactions are final upon purchase.
