Monique M. Wiley-Crawford is Founder and President of Universal Coaching Consultants, LLC and is a Certified Professional Life Coach with over 10 years of one-on-one career coaching.  She is a ProInspire Management Fellow as well as a Human Relations Specialist with extensive experience in Candidate Coaching, Workshop Development, Training, Resume and Cover Letter Writing, and Interview Preparation.  Since 2005, Monique has successfully built long-term corporate alliances and partnerships with both large and medium-sized companies in the DC area creating employment opportunities for career professional candidates, students, and graduates.  In addition, she worked nearly 3 years serving candidates with disabilities, providing a bridge to local businesses in support of their employment. 

 

Monique has held the following positions:  Account Manager with Career Blazers in Washington, DC, Direct Hire Recruiter with Spherion Corporation in Silver Spring, MD, Lead Workforce Specialist and Job Coach with Linden Resources, Inc. in Arlington, VA, Career Advisor/Coordinator with Career Technical Institute in Washington, DC, and most recently Career and Alumni Services Specialist at Year Up National Capital Region (NCR) in Arlington, VA.

 

In 1992, Monique began her career in Information Technology as a Computer Programmer and progressed to a Business Consultant with the Kraft Foods Oscar Mayer Division located in Madison, WI.  After 8 years with Kraft Foods, she relocated to the DC area and found her passion working with and serving people!

 

Monique is a native of Grambling, LA and holds a B.A. in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from Grambling State University.  She is also happily married to her best friend of 13 years Minister Christopher O. Crawford.  Monique is a stepmother of two phenomenal sons, a grandmother, sister, aunt, daughter, goddaughter, neice, friend, neighbor, and volunteer!
