Offering workshops and coaching services including Individual Life and Career Coaching, Parent and Student Career Planning, Couples workshops, and Clergy workshops, Universal Coaching Consultants, LLC serves young adults, parents, professionals in transition, and seniors in transition as well as educational and spiritual institutions in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and provides a safe space to encourage clients to reconnect with their passion and gifts and maximize their lives through professional growth and spiritual development.

 

The mission of Universal Coaching Consultants, LLC is to help clients transform from where they are to where they aspire to be. We provide life and career coaching services through 60-90 minute coaching sessions in a variety of areas including career, individual life, couples, spiritual, and fitness as well as customized workshops and training for parent and student career planning, couples, and clergy. Training and workshops for approximately 25 attendees are held at partner locations including technical schools, community colleges, community centers, and libraries. To accommodate your schedule our coaching services may be conducted either face-to-face in a mutual location or held remotely by teleconference.  

 

Monique M. Wiley-Crawford serves as Founder and President of Universal Coaching Consultants, LLC and is a Certified Professional Life Coach with over 10 years of one-on-one career coaching. She is a ProInspire Management Fellow as well as a Human Relations Specialist with extensive experience in Candidate Coaching, Workshop Development, Training, Resume and Cover Letter Writing, and Interview Preparation. Monique has held positions in the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas including serving as a Career and Alumni Specialist at Year Up National Capital Region, Career Coordinator at Career Technical Institute, Lead Workforce Specialist at Linden Resources, Direct Hire Recruiter at Spherion Corporation, and Account Manager at Career Blazers. She is a native of Grambling, Louisiana and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from Grambling State University.
